Company

The institution behind the places.

CELOR is an ownership and hospitality brand, led by architecture. It plans its campuses, guides their development, and hosts them to one standard. Each campus speaks as a place. CELOR speaks as the company that keeps them.

What CELOR does

  1. Hospitality and ownership amenities

CELOR manages the hospitality of its properties and the ownership amenities of its campuses, including Enso at CELOR. Each Enso is an amenity of suite ownership, governed by the campus CC&Rs and hosted by CELOR.

One standard of hosting is planned across every campus, shaped around the people who own: their calendar, their guests and their pace.

  2. Real estate and stewardship

CELOR identifies the places worth holding, acquires the land, and stewards the real estate of its campuses over the long term.

Sites are considered slowly and with a long view. Each is chosen to carry a campus for generations, alongside the people who own within it.

  3. Planning, design and development

CELOR plans, designs and develops its campuses, working with CIB Capital Partners as developer.

Each campus is drawn from its site outward: the approach, the court, still water, and the Enso at its center. Architecture leads, and the rest follows.

Point of view

Patient by design.

CELOR is built around a long view. A campus is planned to be held for decades, and to improve as the people within it come to know one another.

It favors restraint: stone, shade, still water and daylight. Quality is assumed, then shown.

It treats hospitality as a discipline. The way an owner is welcomed is designed with the same care as the building they arrive at.

And it holds that ownership changes how a place is kept. People look after what is theirs.

Stewardship

By owners, for owners.

A campus is only as good as the people in it. Each CELOR campus is planned to be held and governed by its owners, with CELOR as host. The people who own set the standard.

The Celor Charter
The shared document in which owners agree how a campus is kept: its standards, its calendar and its programming.
CELOR Registry
The record of owners, and the way they take part. Owners are envisioned to vote the budget, the calendar and what happens at the Enso.
Campus CC&Rs
The governing documents of each campus. They hold the shared spaces, including Enso at CELOR, as amenities of suite ownership.
One hosting standard
CELOR hosts each Enso to one standard of hospitality, so every owner is welcomed the same way, today and as further campuses take form.

Principles

What holds it together.

01

Ownership

Real property, held in your name and finished with care.

02

A shared home

A reason to return: quiet, private and planned for shared life.

03

Standards

The brand, the place and the hosting belong together.

04

Continuity

A family of places designed to grow without losing its character.

In development

An idea with room to grow.

What is described here is a beginning. CELOR is envisioned as a family of campuses across distinct landscapes, each planned from its site outward, each with an Enso at its center.

Alongside the campuses, CELOR is exploring how ownership, architecture and hospitality can meet in other forms. These ideas are in consideration and will be shared as they take shape.

None of it is hurried. Each part is shared when it is ready, and by introduction.
