CELOR Brands · A CIB Capital Partners company

Somewhere to go, not just somewhere to park.

CELOR is an ownership and hospitality brand, led by architecture. It envisions private campuses, held by the people who own within them and hosted to one standard.

What CELOR does

  1. Hospitality and ownership amenities

CELOR manages the hospitality of its properties and the ownership amenities of its campuses, including Enso at CELOR. Each Enso is an amenity of suite ownership, governed by the campus CC&Rs and hosted by CELOR.

  2. Real estate and stewardship

CELOR identifies the places worth holding, acquires the land, and stewards the real estate of its campuses over the long term.

  3. Planning, design and development

CELOR plans, designs and develops its campuses, working with CIB Capital Partners as developer.

Point of view

Places worth keeping.

CELOR begins with a simple idea. The things people care about deserve a place, and the people who care about them deserve each other's company.

Many places are built for one purpose and then left alone. CELOR is envisioned differently: a campus planned as a whole, owned by the people within it, and hosted with the same attention every day.

Architecture leads. The approach, the light, the materials and the quiet are considered before anything is drawn. The rest follows from them.

How CELOR works

One idea, held four ways.

A CELOR campus is a place, a piece of architecture, a form of ownership and a way of hosting. Each part is planned with the others in mind.

The company
Place
Each campus is chosen for its landscape, its approach and its calm. Sites are considered slowly, and only where the land can carry the idea.
Architecture
Every campus is planned as one composition: an approach, a court, still water, and a shared home at the center.
Ownership
Owners hold real property in their own name. Together they shape how a campus is kept, through the Celor Charter and the CELOR Registry.
Hospitality
CELOR hosts each campus to one standard, so an owner is welcomed the same way wherever CELOR is.

Enso at CELOR

The still point.

At the center of each campus, the Enso is envisioned as a shared home for owners: a kitchen, a boardroom, a theater, a bar and lounge, opening to gardens. It is an amenity of suite ownership, governed by the campus CC&Rs and hosted by CELOR.

The Enso

CELOR Suites

One part of the whole.

CELOR Suites are individually deeded collector suites, planned as private rooms for the cars people love. They are the first expression of CELOR, not the whole of it.

Each suite opens onto a campus, and each campus onto a shared life. The suite is the door. The campus is the reason to return.

CELOR Torrey Pines

Torrey Pines, San Diego · by introduction

The first CELOR campus is planned at the edge of a canyon in the Torrey Pines corridor, a short drive from the coast. Further places are envisioned.

The horizon

Larger than any single place.

CELOR is envisioned as a family of campuses, each with its own landscape and its own owners, all held to one standard of hosting and stewardship.

Further places are in consideration. Further ways of owning, gathering and being hosted are being explored. What is shared here is the beginning of the idea.

Each part will be shared as it takes form, and by introduction.
